Healthy Frozen summer treats

Kids (and adults lets be honest) love an ice-cream in Summer. These healthy frozen summer treats are delicious & nutritious all at the same time – your mini won’t even know they’re not packed with sugar. I’ve used moulds from Poured Over – super cute.

1 Banana
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup greek yoghurt
1 tsp honey
Squeeze of lemon

Pop all ingredients into a blender until smooth – then pour into your moulds and freeze.
