I decided to join Danni’s live workouts as I’d be putting off exercising since having my son over a year ago. Being stuck in isolation, the encouraging nature of Danni urged me to give it a go. And thank god I did! I’ve been to every live workout, even scheduling my work meetings around them. The Figure has literally changed my life!!! I have felt overwhelmed, sluggish and just yucky since giving birth later in life. I have also found it so much more challenging to get my body back into shape this time. I suffer depression and have felt a little lost before going to work. But then, enter The Figure.. Thanks for the live workouts Danni, I’ve enjoyed them! I joined on a friend’s recommendation because working out from home is so much more flexible with a baby. I love that when doing it live i have the option to contribute to the conversation during the short breaks and see others contributing also, which makes me feel more accountable and more like I’m training in a circuit class at a gym than alone at home. I also love that if something happens with bub eg nappy Change is necessary, I am not distracting anyone else and can just quickly slip off then run back to it. Danni’s live workouts are the perfect blend of personable and professional and clearly demonstrate her knowledge of fitness and the body as she guides you through a wide range of exercises always demonstrating correct technique. I have absolutely loved Dani’s home workouts! I joined to keep myself fit and healthy while in isolation and have been delighted to find that it has also been super positive for my mental health.
