This plan is based on an average 1500 calorie diet – with an average 50% carbohydrate, 25% fat and 25% protein macro split. It should be used in conjunction with a careful nutrition plan.

I love how easy it is to follow, all the recipes, that youāre eating real food five times a day, and that you never feel like youāre missing out on anything.
