The 1500 Calorie 8 Week Meal Plan includes:

Consistency is key – and having a balanced diet means it’s more sustainable as you don’t feel like you’re missing out.
This plan is not intended to replace medical advice. Before beginning any nutritional regime, consult your physician to be sure it is appropriate for you. If you have any concerns or questions about your health, you should always consult with a physician or other accredited healthcare professional. These plans do not take into consideration any individual requirements, injuries or deficiencies that may be present. This plan is based on an average 1500 calorie diet – with an average 50% carbohydrate, 25% fat and 25% protein macro split. It should be used in conjunction with a careful nutrition plan.
